 - I had to pay a small fee using a card, and therefore had to sign the receipt. I dropped the pen and said sorry several times. And the attendant flat out said, "'Sorry' doesn't help me" and gave me the stink eye. So rude and clearly miserable.

 - I was there today and spent the day with friends and did some shopping. Got my parking ticket validated at 6 stores I shopped at but when I was ready tho leave and turned on my parking ticket the lady at the booth was extremely ride and demanded to see all my receipts. This is outrageous!!! HOW CAN YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! she literally held me up for more than 15 minutes and then had the audacity to charge me for the time i was unable to shore proof of my time. How can you do this. I met friends there and spent time at the coffee shop chatting and then walked around the stores and restaurants. Never have i bedo humiliated and
