 - Awful. Parking attendant was so rude, seemed a bit off. Came back to the car and my personal belongings were stolen. IPark was very unhelpful with the situation.

 - If I can give this lot a zero star, I would. One of the parking attendants is extremely rude and telling me false information that I cannot use spot hero app anymore when they still have a valid contract with them. I would avoid this garage to save the anger.

 - Never park here! Left the car brand new without a single scratch on it and three days later came to pick it up to find dented fender and scratched doors. They couldn't have missed it, but haven't said anything. Luckily, I noticed it and did the walk around. I am yet to see how they deal with it covering the damages.

I HAVE PICS OF THE CAR ON TOP OF MY CAR TO PROVE IT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO AVOID PAYING FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CLEARLY CREATED. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. DONT PARK HERE!!
