 - This was the first time I tried Parkme. It worked great. The parking lot was perfect They took the coupon at check out and there was no problem. I would certainly use parkme again and use this parking lot again. BTW this was New Years eve and it still worked perfectly.

 - Locating the site was great, but a bit confusing once into the parking garage. Without specific, posted directions for prepaid parking guests, the logical approach was to reach the attendant on the main level. WRONG! This error was corrected by backing up in a very tight space with luck on my side that no one had already pulled in behind me. Overall, the service of parking in a secured lot was satisfactory.

 - The check out was seamless and the pay was as booked. The small issue as I experienced on the instructions during check in. I had expected the valet parking take care of the car but on the arrival I couldn't locate anyone until I reach the second floor and on. As well the parking garage doesn't belong to Holiday Inn and no one from the hotel could help. All other like price and checkout I had not experienced an issues.
