- Trying to locate a car that is in locked in your lot and have not been able to get help from the attendant on the phone. Would like someone to contact me via email ASAP. Thank you in advance.

- Paid the request amount to park here for a concert event. Garage then charged me an additional $12 to exit. Very dishonest and exiting was chaos because it happened to everyone.

- This garage is a scam. Do not park here for sporting events. They will not let you back in to get your car, and when they finally do there will be a huge line to get out because they are charging people 10 dollars extra to exit and only letting two cars out at the time with a 3-4 minute delay between cars.
