- It was not clear upon entering the lot where to park. In the description on the reservation email it indicated there was a separate ground floor area reserved for Parking Panda customers. There were no signs indicating where this area was. After driving around I came upon a service worker and asked where Parking Panda spaces were and he said I could park anywhere. Please make this clear on the reservation form. Spaces were not clearly identified and it was difficulty to find my spot upon returning to the garage. Entrance to the parking garage was a different location than leaving the lot.
