Epicentre Parking

 - Took granddaughter to Disney on Ice and I tried to get there by 10:00AM.....20 minutes late due to construction on Tryon St. Sign said if you go to P4, it is $11:00 to park as long as you leave by 6:00PM. I left by 1:30 and was charged $25.00!!!!!!!!! The attendant was uninformed and RUDE! I drove all the way to P4 and climbed steps. I checked in 20 minutes late?????? according to attendant. Apparently I wasn't there LONG enough to get the discount for going to level 4. I should have been there 20 minutes longer to get discount?????? I did not stay over, I was there 3 hours. BEWARE

 - Although, the epicentre may have reasonable parking rates for a growing city, and its nightlife, I had a bad experience Friday, July 21, 2017. I had attended a movie at Studio Movie Grill. The parking attendants were rude and disorganized. Please discuss with future parking attendants to what they should be doing and how to handle certain situations.
