- Your income is low because your signage is awful. The sign says "24/7". This usually means that towing is enforced 24/7. Almost every spot is Reserved. There were many empty spots on a busy Friday night after 9 pm. Because all of the cars would circle the lot and leave. including me. All of the vacant spots were "Reserved". This web site says the lot is "Non-restricted". Not true based on your signage.
