- It there is option for posting a review without rating a star I will do so! Terrible experience with them! My brand new car got severed damage, terrible scratch and dent when they parked it! Refuse to file incident report until I got police involved! My footages from dash cam been deleted, the manager is acting busy that he has no time for you, and it actually their fault that one of their employees who caused the damage , and I was being polite and respectful during the conversations, in return the manger is threatened me don't ever come back again, if I do he will charge high prices than regular and can't guarantee what the damage he would do to my car! It is my right whether I wanna go back or not, even I won't ever again!!!!! But this is not how you treat your customers, and I was their customer for few months, and It became my worse nightmare for chose city parking, and it is my most regretful decision that I ever made!
Be mindful if you do choose to using their service, cuz whatever happens to me, might happen to you!!! if you have better choice, go somewhere that who treat you like you are a customer and whom is more respectful and responsible!
FYI: they called the polices to reported me and my friend harassing them when we were just there waiting for polices to come! (Two skinny girls harassing two strong man? Come on! We were more worry about our safety than they do!!!)
