 - TERRIBLE parking garage. They damaged my car and said it was “pre-existing”. Very rude staff also. Save yourself the hassle and park elsewhere.

 - I valeted my brand new car with than 700 miles on the odometer here and came back to find damage to the rear bumper. Looked like it had been backed into a wall. The valets who barely speak English got defensive and asked me to prove that the damage was done by them. I am very sure it was because we did a walk around prior and the car was flawless. They refused to acknowledge my complaint without a picture of the area from before I parked it and refused to give me any claim or insurance information which they are legally required to do so if I raise the complaint on site. I week later I am finally able to reach the garage manager who insists that I drive back to chinatown from NJ to file the claim form his attendants should have given me before I drove away that night. Ridiculous. Later on I get in touch with the regional manager who says I can send it to him online then garage manager claims he has no internet on site. Even more ridiculous. Finally claim goes through after a month of persistent calls and getting ignored, they denied it based on grainy video which is not able to highlight the damage at all. Bottom line is this place is incompetent, has no respect for you or your property, and and will waste your time. Park elsewhere.
