 - What sort of idiots organizing the closure of the car park?? The bottom level nearly empty but the close the ramp down, not only that they close the back way to the car park They should go to the butchery and buy some BRAIN maybe that will help]

 - My son worked 6 Hours, Made approx $120 and was charged $30 for parking. What a Rip off. I am disgusted that they don't support staff. Where else can they park?? There is a staff shortage and the car park is penalising workers. Wilson parking and westpoint should be ashamed. Staff card will be available to him soon but still not cheap enough, should be free for staff.

 - I entered the carpark at 5:40 pm on 12/1/2020 Sunday for having dinner at Crystal Chinese Restaurant at the roof. I read the fee schedule which stated that there is a 3 hours free parking and after 6:00 pm parking is free. To my interpretation, I park my car for less than half an hour before 6 pm and I am entitled free parking after 6 pm. I left the carpark at 9:40pm and been charged $14.11 for parking. Since there were cars behind me at the boomgate and I didn't want to hold them up, I paid the fee with my credit card and exit. I feel being robbed and very unhappy and unfair with the management for charging me the fee. Expect a refund or more detail explanations to future customers.
