- I had THE WORST experience with this place. I booked on the website that said JFK Long Term Parking when I printed out the paper it gave me their address 99-11 Ditmars BLVD which on their shuttles it said JFK and Laguardia on them. When I got there the rude guy Dan with an attitude early in the monring took my reservation # but he could not find us in his system, instead of telling us we were at the wrong location, which we didn't know they had two locations, he created a new reservation, after that the shuttle dropped us at Laguardia Airport. So I called them back and told them they dropped us at the wrong location. At least the driver was nice, he came back and told us if he drive us back to get our car we might not make it on time for the flight because of heavy traffic which he was right. So we had to take an Uber for $52.81 to go from Laguardia to JFK, we barely made it to our flight. When we came back from the vacation we had to take another Uber from JFK to their parking lot for $49.99, on top of the money they were charging us. So this morning I called to speak with the manager Alex, he told me the website gave me the wrong address this has nothing to do with him. So he can't do nothing for me; not even an apology that Dan should've told us the reservation was at the wrong location instead he kept telling me this has nothing to do with him I should call the website myself and discuss it with them. I would not recommend this place. Customer service lack there of.
