 - Note for Ian 4*. 1 - If the charge was lowered to just 60p, you still would not have the right "small change" so stop moaning and use your card without discrimination, or plan ahead knowing the cost before you arrive. 2 - Not all disabilities are physically visible, don't be such a narrow minded bigot making statements like this. Hopefully you'll never have to suffer from, or care for someone with one. Of course there are a small majority that do use blue passes illegally, but I'm sure they don't give a hoot about your opinion - being no better as the jumped up twit you seem to be.

 - I have used this car Park for many years and am satisfied with the number of spaces provided, the cleanliness and upkeep maintenance. I do however have 2 points to raise : 1) the parking charge that is now £1.30 per hour - this has gone up recently by 30% and to make it worse there is no change provided as I normally carry £! coins and no small change it means that every time I use the car park to shop in Sainsbury it invariably now costs me £2.00. Today for example I had to insert 2 x £1.00 coins - no change given, for what turned out to be a 16 minute shop. This is pure profiteering and a total "Rip Off!" Yes, there is always the option of using one of my cards to pay but why should one be forced to use a card and discriminated against for not having small change. 2) At times there are few cars parked in the Disabled bays " not showing a badge of entitlement but is any action taken because I Have seen people who are the sole occupant and appear physically fit getting in/out of vehicles. To conclude, regarding the first point about the excess 70pence I would not mind so much if this 70p was donated to a Charity but I doubt that it is.
