- This parking garage is awful. It's filthy. No one is ever around. It is scary: There are no attendants or security ever around. EVER. The stairwell has broken door knobs and you can't get out or down to all the floors. This garage is owned and operated by the wealthy Cowles family who live in a mansion on the hill, but they care nothing for their customers safety or convenience ( YOU have to GO IN the mall to pay- because of course they don't want to PAY an attendant. So, it's dirty, scary and expensive. They charge 12 dollars a day. For filth. For dark parking. For zero customer service. I highly recommend you Park elsewhere. :) I would not have given ANY stars, but it made me give one....
