 - Second time parking in this garage and it will be my last. I came out from my appointment today and realized that my entire front bumper had been hit and the people that work there kept telling me that my car was like that when it came in. As if I wouldn't notice me entire bumper black and almost falling off. When I requested to see the tapes they told me that I had to go through the corporate office to now I am still awaiting to get the information on who hit my car. What a day!

 - The staff can be a hit or miss on politeness. Each time I come out, there's sometimes a new scratch on my car. The parking spaces are very small and they park cars behind you, horizontally. But that's almost any D.C garage. I do appreciate Them being open up until 4am each night for cheap. Wish they were open on Sundays.
