- None of the exit machines work. Won't take your card, your ticket, or your payment. PUnch the button for help, and you can't hear the idiots talking. Management leaves at 2:00 pm. You'd be better off parking anywhere else than in this piece of shit.

- if I could rate any lower I would. 9/11 after the concert at Symphony Hall the parking lot attendant refused to accept cash. instead demanded a credit or debit card thus refusing to let me exit. also demanded to know where I got my Symphony Usher discount card (which I got on my way in earlier in the evening.) as more cars lined up behind me, attendant took the cash and told me NOT to come back without a credit card. who knows if the attendant pocketed the cash or actually turned it in. such rude and bullying behavior is not something that patrons of Symphony Hall will put up with.

- Rip off is right. Even their own website doesn't show the correct rates. I was charged $16.00 on 2/15/19 for 1 hour and 47 minutes. Leave messages for manager, and no call back. Corporations who reserve office space in promenade are given wrong info. E-Sight said Visitor parking was at an hourly rate for up to 2 hours. After that it is the full daily charge of $16.25.

- Credit card reader appeared tampered with so paid with cash. Change not returned but got a credit slip. Lanier won't send me my money after numerous attempts. Park somewhere else!

- DOnt believe in the rates shown on this page. for two hours they charged $16 dollors. When called they said if you park more than 2 hours its daily maximum. Ripoff..
