The reason why I'm giving it a one star is because the cashier held me "hostage" for over 10 minutes because he was clueless and totally incompetent! I had printed out a receipt of my reservation, he refused to accept it because he could not see a reservation # (I highlited the reservation # that was on top of the page, but no, still refused to accept it). I showed him the e-mail and no, he said he was not going to accept it because the lot does not accept those reservations.
It wasn't until a lady got off of her car and begged for him to let me go, or move me to the side because she was running late to pick her daughter up.
The employee's name start with the "M" (merkovich, Markovic, not sure). Again, not sure if yoy guys sold me a reservation that in fact should not be sold, or the employee was clueless and incompetent.
Ahh yes, the employee was extremely rude and before he left me go told me "never come back here". so yes, I will make sure I never go back there unless the manager gives me an explanation of the employee's rudeness.
