- Good Car Park, I have a problem, recently l parked in the car park using my Disabled Badges, l didn't see any signage due to being in a hurry and also to not knowing the area. so despite my Badges being in clear view l picked up a fine and i'm not disputing the fine ,MY PROBLEM IS, I HAVE LOST THE FINE LETTER I WAS SENT, I WILL PAY THE FINE but I don't know WHO TO or HOW MUCH it is, my wife and l who are both disabled have searched and searched for the letter but cannot find it, so I'm hoping your Customer Service pick up this message and contact me with the neccessary information I need. my vehicle REGD is DE53RHF hopefully that will be enough for you to contact me with soon, thankyou Kind Regards Nigel Hill.
