- For the second time today Sunday 11th December 2023 I parked my car but the payment machine was malfunctioning and would not let me pay for my 3 hr parking slot. It would not let anyone else pay either including families with young children all struggling to pay will getting soaked by a downpour of rain. It is very stressful. Tried to phone the NCP telephone number to be told I was number 80 in the queue.
I feel sorry for the shops in the Brunel Centre as we cannot park there again and have all this stress.
