- The parking meters don't work as they reject the credit card saying they are expired when they aren't, so we can't pay for parking and then we get a ticket!! Also the app doesn't work. You're kind of a scam!!

- I am in total agreement with the other review. Credit card machine would not work, after 5 minutes and multiple tries, we gave up and went to dinner. Came out to a $35.00 parking ticket. Did not see any signs saying it was not a City of Newark parking lot. Hourly rate (if machine works) is double what the City charges. Rip-off....almost feel like they are trying to kill Main Street businesses. City of Newark needs to look into this if they want to keep Main Street businesses active.

- I parked in the parking lot for 6 minutes the machine wouldn't take my card and I was charge $35 but when I disputed they dropped it to $25 WOW! this is shameful for something that wasn't my fault and during COVID!!! Rip off people for a stinking $2 charge.
