 - BEWARE - they do not honor online reservations! I showed up after my booked time and they said they do not "do that here". Left extremely frustrated and wasted an additional hour looking for parking.

 - The valet damaged my car and would not admit, they kept trying to dodge and say this happened a long time ago. The guy was called Gritty, total jackass. He kept saying he is the supervisor/manager. I was being very nice to him, asking to speak to a manager and requesting security camera footage.
