 - Rude ass people working there. 2 of the guys literally just said get the fuck out of here because we couldn’t find the original ticket after paying 20.00 they were not going to let us out. Disgusting and so unattractive individuals working here. Lucky I wasn’t driving

 - NEVER PARK HERE. The undisclosed pricing is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I was charged $25 to park on a weekday, mid-afternoon, for 1 hour and 34 mins, using the kiosk to checkout. There is nothing posted to state this was not to be the expected $10 charge indicated by my online research prior to parking. The audacity. I am livid to have been taken advantage of by this THEFT of my hard earned money.

 - New machines make checking out a nightmare. Watched another driver struggle with check out, across the street a man was laughing at the person struggling. When it was our turn to checkout we were having a hard time the laughing man approached our car and started cussing at us.

 - They over charged us it should have been only 10$ but they charged us 25$ there was no event to day this is just not right if I would have know this I would have just walked from my hotel were I could have parked for free

 - Stuck for 1 hour from the 5th level trying to get out on Christmas day. 1 person taking money at the front. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

 -  The girl did not give me a ticket when entering to park. When I was exiting, They wouldn't let me leave and charged me again. Made a police report under fraud. DO NOT PARK HERE. It costs me 40 dollars. The police said it will cost more to take them to court.
