 - Incredibly rude attendant refused to honor a pre-paid SpotHero ticket for this location. Avoid.

 - I had a reservation for a place in this lot. When I arrived after a 10-hour drive from North Carolina, I was told that there were no places available and there was nothing they could do for me. I am never happy looking for parking in Brooklyn, but especialy not when I thought I had it guaranteed. This place should not take reservations when they can't honor them.

 - Had a pre paid reservation but the attendant refused to let us and several other cars with reservations park there. Attendant was rude about it. Stay away.

 - With the snow I booked my parking ahead of time on the parkwiz app, a 3rd party app several times. The last time I booked Thursday the 18th I entered the lot in the morning and was told I couldn't park because they were too full. Why work with a third party app if you can't accommodate the vehicles that are booking on there. I then asked the guy to call his supervisor because that is not ok! The guy tried to tell me that he works on the floor and didn't have to call his supervisor and told me to call his supervisor which I would have gladly done of I had the number. After 20 minutes of going back and forth with this guy and him finally calling he gives me the ticket to stay in the garage. Cost me money and time as I should have been at work not arguing with a garage attendant. This garage is ridiculous never had a problem like this before using this app with other garages. They don't manage there space properly. If you have people booking through a third party you should have the space for it and not let people in there that don't have reservations.

 - The worst place ever!!!! The aweful personal who can’t speak english and can’t explain why you have to pay more than the reservation amount. They force me to pay $15 just for nothing.I am coming NY almost every year it was the worst parking
