- Awful. The men working at this garage are completely unprofessional. The first one when I entered was not wearing his mask on then it wasn’t on properly. He also did not check my parking code and pass at the beginning of the check in when I showed my parking whiz, just threw a garage pass at me. Unfortunately there was a mixup with the ticke when leaving the garage and the male employee working then was extremely rude, aggressive, inconsiderate, condescending toward me. He gave me an attitude for no reason when I was ready to check out and made a huge issue of it. Then was cranky when he had to type in my parking code pass ID #. Then he did the “swear to god” hand motions when he asked for the parking ID # again because there was an issue with the booking. Just yelling at me the whole time for no reason when all I wanted to do was be out there safely. As a sexual assault survivor, I felt concerned for my own safety so I froze in the situation and did not speak out when all of this was happening. He came out one more time from behind the garage center (he must have been cleaning or something) and I asked if I could use my phone charger in my car because my phone was at 5% battery and I needed to contact parkwhiz for this parking pass issue and why I’m still stuck here. He said no but I could use his Phone charger in the front room. So basically just keeping me as a hostage there while he went off to go do his business. I felt so violated and turned off by the whole situation
