- Just disappointed that there was a $5 upcharge using this service with no mention of that when I made the reservation. Otherwise I was glad that I could reserve.

- I paid $20 online for the parking space (+ $1 is service charge) at the Cobo Roof lot. I was disappointed to see that the lot only charged $15 for hockey games. Kinda "scammish" if online price is different from actual price.
