- Good location car park, but it's a pity the ticket machines are often out of service or the screen is broken or the instructions are so hard to read.
My mother and numerous other visitors we know often fail to be able to buy a ticket, so end up leaving. Expecting a pensioner in their 80's to have an app is stupid, and discriminatory. Most pensioners in their 70's and 80's don't have app based phones, or onl;y know how to use them to make calls.
Please fix your machines and make sure the instructions are easy and clear to read.
