- Meadow Road Car Park, has a problem with the parking meter. I have my checking in slip and my checking out slip with my payment paid showing £3.00 + .50 vat. Dated 7th October 2024, Reg No GU65UZE, looking at my bank statement this evening I notice the deduction taken by yourself was for £10.40 which looks like I was in the parking for 24 hours…… this is WRONG. This is the 4th time that this has happened., this extra amount needs to be given back to me immediately. I ignored the first 2 times as I thought I might have made an error, but this keeps happening and now becoming unexceptable. This now needs to be rectified How can we rectify your errors.
