 - Please do NOT use this car park. My wife and daughter used it in the height of the COVID outbreak recently. They had to queue up for 45 minutes outside the store before they were allowed in and a further 20 minutes in the store itself. After spending over £60 on the shopping they had exceeded their time spent there by a few minutes over the 2 hour limit. They have received a fine from Euro Car Parks for £85. We are not going to shop in M&S anymore. We have written to M&S and were told that as they did not own the car park they were powerless to take any action. Simply disgraceful and all at a time when we should all be sympathetic to such issues!
