- Booked this for a busy Baseball ACLS (Astros) event at Minute Maid park
The Good
- Reserved, paid, and received the Bar Code all in advance online
- App both help my bar code and gave direction right to the garage
- Flat rate price was resonable
The BAD
- A bit of a walk to MMP
- Exiting was a very SLOW and horrible process. The the higher the floor you park on the worse off you are... as later arriving folks on lower floors get to get in line ahead of you.
- Only 2 exit lanes and those with pre-paid (barcodes) have to WAIT for those paying upon exiting. So no advantage to being pre-paid
- A vehicle unable to pay for parking was stuck blocking 1 of the 2 exit lanes and this at the height of the exit RUSH thus totally depriving that exit lane from being used. The 15+ minutes we could personally see this vehicle the garage made NO effort to assist this troubled user or open the exit lane back up to traffice
- This garbage is not organized to facilitate any event where large numbers of customers will be leaving at the same time... avoid it for all such events.
