 - Someone stole my mom's phone out of her car this morning. This is unacceptable. My dad is in the hospital having surgery and she was in a rush to get inside and left her phone in the cup holder. I can track her phone and know for a fact that it is still at the hospital. I will be calling someone in reference to this as soon. I need answers!!

 - I paid $17 and they lost or stole my keys.They only returned my key fob and all of my house keys and home alarm remote was gone. They searched for about a hour and still didn't find them. I filled out a incident report and was told that the manager would reach out to me in 2 days. A week later and I am still trying to speak with the manager and get a reimbursement. This company is horrible. I have left messages with the attendant and on the manager's voice mail and sent emails with no response. Will never use them again.

 - I have been using this valet service for over 5 years. They are always courteous, helpful, and have great service! The rate is now $17/day but worth every penny!

 - Very inattentive. We even called to have our car be brought around from the hospital suite before we left the room. It's been 10 minutes and no one has our car, and they are not doing much about it.

 - No one ever came out to park my vehicle. I even asked the cashier she said he is out there in a red shirt.I saw him walking around not atteding to the customers even though he saw myself and three other vehicles he never came to park our cars. I waited 10 minutes for nothing not even calling and asking the cashier helped she did nothing.
