- Parked on Saturday AM. When I returned on 2:20PM, garage was closed and locked. No sign warned of closing. Could not get my car back until Monday. No way to reach anyone. Terrible experience.

- The parking attendant every Friday afternoon is horrible with customer service. She humiliated a customer ahead of me earlier for not knowing how to put the parking pass correctly. LIKE REALLY? if you don't like your job somebody can take it!
