 - I was charged $19 for parking. I also felt strange that they close the door to process my card. No wonder why, it was to charge me an extra $169!!! This is STEALING!!!

 - Extremely unprofessional business. Parked here on a Sunday at 3:30 for a Washington Wizards game and the garage hate was open with an attendant in the office. Garage is listed as open during special events. Return to the vehicle 30 minutes after the game is over at 7pm and the gate is locked with my vehicle inside. Called the after hours phone number from multiple phones at least 10 times over the course of an hour and a half with no answer. I will be contacting the corporate office and demanding a reimbursement for the taxi I needed to take to get back to my home, as well as the cost of what I will need to pay to return and get my vehicle.

 - We parked here today. 2 cars. One of ours now has bumper damage and a piece of it snapped off from them backing into something hard and our other car they parked has a long rubber smudge on it. Warning to all: Check your car when you pick it up!

 - As a first-time user, I loved the idea of reserving a parking lot space for a downtown DC location ahead of the trip to the city, and knowing the pricing options beforehand. The only issue I had was locating the entrance ramp! The ParkMe confirmation listed "975 F St. NW," but I had to drive around the city block to find it was actually in the 6xx block of 10th St NW. (one-way heading south).
