FLL - Palm Garage

 - The parking group at this airport are a scamming embarrassment. Car parked Friday the 5th. Returned Monday the 8th. The parking set up is confusing and distorted. Nothing was marked Short Term or Long Term parking as in most airports.The gentleman driving the car is from another Country. He pushed the intercom button at the ticketing entrance of the Palm garage and specifically asked the daily price of parking here. He was told it was $15 daily. I witnessed this. He parked the car. Price signage is deliberately confusing. But he was told by those in charge it would be $15 per day. When leaving Monday what should have been a $60 chg was $144. The gentleman explained what happened and was responded to with disdain and defamatory, discriminatory comments. He was told he should 'learn to read better' and how is the parking in his own Country.This man can't afford a $144 4 day parking charge . That it happened is the fault of the parking company who failed to give him correct information and then proceeded to Treat him with utter disrespect. This is an embarrassment to our City and Country and is a damn shame. Credit him back what you owe him.

 - I was charged $135.00 for four days (07Dec-10DEC). I thought it was $15.00 per day. The charge was to my SunPass. Please verify and correct. I would like a refund for the difference.

 - Parking at FLL airport has always been a challenge. I just got charged $ 78 for 2 days of parking. Although the short term parking shows max $15 per day. They literly charge you want ever they want. Like the prior review says poor signage and deceiving the consumer makes this the worst airport parking in the nation.
