 - BEWARE! This it's NOT a 24/7 garage! In small print and inside the garage, they provide the hours. Nothing about the very limited garage hours is printed on your ticket or displayed outside the garage. Also, they don't answer their phones after hours or on weekends. Considering the unusually limited hours, LAZ does an AWFUL job of disclosing those hours to patrons. Our car is now trapped in the garage, until they open again.

 - The LAZ Parking at the 6th and C location locked our vehicle in overnight without us having a clue they would lock the building down. There was no visible sigsn saying it would close. They lied to us saying they accepted cash only and would not let us leave until we paid $50 vs $25....twice as much as what was due. The manager was notified and would not help us. The employee laughed as he claimed we owed for two nights vs one when we'd been there less than 14hrs and were standing there waiting on him for 5 of those hours at the door. Terrible people who just want to take your money.
