1010 Ramp

 - Would love to change my review to a 4 if I can get a call back and a refund. We were stuck in the ramp for an hour and there were ZERO spots left- no attendant- no refund and I have called twice. I felt so bad for the people still waiting to get in knowing there weren't any spots. Close the ramp when full!

 - We tried to park here for an event on Friday. Not only was the rate not listed until we were all the way inside with a ton of other cars but as we got to the top of the parking ramp we ALL found out it was closed at the top. We we ALL had to back our cars up down an entire part of the ramp so we could go a different direction. After all of that. There was no parking!!!! Guy says he is new on our way out. Tells us about another ramp we can park in. That was also full. We missed the entire first part of the Stevie Nicks concert in your parking ramp(over an hour). Not only do I want my $50 for parking but back I want my money for my concert ticket! Straight BullShit! Im going to the top with this! I drove miles to see this concert!
