Recenzje
 - I received the WORST customer assistance ever. The machines were down so it couldn’t take our ticket or allow us to pay. Each time we called for assistance, the same person picked up. She picked up the phone with an attitude to start off. She was extremely rude and accused us of not having funds on our card and that our cards were locked. We explained to her over and over again that we had sufficient funds and every car that was trying to leave the parking lot was experiencing the same issue. She didn’t believe us and was very combative and hung up the phone telling us not to call anymore. Meanwhile we are still in line, along with other cars who are calling for assistance and explaining to them the same issue we had. When we buzzed again for assistance, she picked up. We explained to her once again that the ticket machines are down, other cars are experiencing the same issue, and if there’s another way we could fix the issue so that we could leave. With an attitude, she told us that we were being rude and finally let us go. This was an experience that did NOT need to happen and was a complete waste of time. I am big on customer service and this was exceptionally poor.
