- The "day shift" manager, the latino guy, is an absolute nightmare. They lost my car on 02/24/2022 and was not able to locate it and the cashier at office said the person didn't enter it when i dropped the car off and suggested I speak to the supervisor the next day. I had to wait for about 30 min for them to locate the car. This was unacceptable. This is the 3rd time, they messed around with my car. Either they forget to enter it in the system or they brought someone else's car the last time. So i just wanted to make sure such things doesnot happen again. Instead of saying this wouldn't happen again and being polite (the least expected) This latino dude (manager) starts to be defensive and goes so what, its a mistake. His behavior was absolute unnecessary!!! Never parking here again.
