- We went to an event on 3/26. Either the attendant assigned to the third floor was working his first day or he could care less how irate drivers were getting. I was able to back out of my parking spot and that is where I stayed for no less than 25 minutes. He was allowing one row of cars go and then another but did not consider letting the row I was in move at all. People were getting audibly irate. I finally got out of line and took cuts....something I never would have done normally. We expressed our dissatisfaction to him and he just stated, "Sorry, man" (I'm a woman) If I ever go to another event in Springfield, I will NEVER get trapped like that again. I will use on-street parking.
