 - I did not feel safe using this parking garage. It’s located in a back alley and the attendant did not speak much English. I’m not trying to be unkind at all, but the attendant had very poor hygiene and I had to clean my car after he parked it for me. I will never come again and do not recommend it.

 - What is the point of making a reservation if they are not going to save you a parking space? Parking garage was hard to find. When I got there, the man said therr were no spaces left and to cancel my reservation which was not possibly because my reservation was already under way. He rushed off before I could explain that. Very bad experience. Had to call bank to dispute the transaction that way.

 - Was listed as short walking distance to Penn's Landing, which after booking was a 10 minute drive. Then after booking small print indicated we needed a printed receipt which of course we couldn't do since we were driving into Philly. Couldn't cancel our reservation. What a let down
