- The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in years!! The attendant was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with as a customer. I understand that DC is a bustling city but no need for an a hole type attitude. I don’t think that type of treatment is justified and I will definitely be letting the folks at the training course business ,in that building, know how their recommended parking lot attendants treat their customers. A discounted parking rate doesn’t mean you can talk trash to the customer and then drive off in their car recklessly. I am pissed and concerned what might happen to my car during the day. Stay away from Mid Town Parking at 1776 K St NW !!
