Traffic Property Management

 - Car was towed despite no way to pay, broken machine and kiosks, tried phone numbers posted multiple times with no answer in an attempt to pay and to request monthly parking. There is a sign for ParkWhiz but does not show up as a known lot on their website. Tow company could not provide documentation of lot's permission to tow which is a violation of municipal code. Avoid and if anyone has contact for owners please post

 - They towed me! There's literally no way to pay, broken machine, no app, none of the phone numbers work, and they don't have hours listed on weekends. I tried to call both the night I parked and the morning I found my car missing with no response. I expected a ticket I could fight the city over since there was no way I could pay to park but the towing yard was absolutely useless about who to contact over the towing fee.
