- I parked at the lot by Lisgar and Bank this morning and there is a big sign on the lot saying $10 daily max. The only option on the machine was $14 and there was no one in the both. So I had to pay the $14. Is there a way to get a refund for the $4 overcharge? There is no other way to contact Capital parking but through this review. Not very good customer service.
