 - Great parking, but there are homeless people in the staircase each morning (on the way to the pedway exit). This makes for quite an unsafe feeling, not sure I will park here anymore if this is not monitored. If they can get into the stairwell they can get into the parking lot, which defeats the purpose of safe parking
