- The WORST customer service I have experienced! I signed up online and was told I would receive email confirmation within 3 days. I never got the email, so I called and visited in person, but the manager was always out and never answered the phone. When I requested a refund, they told me it could only be processed by the supervisor, because I was unable to login to the website. The manager called to let me know I would be refunded, and promised another email - I did not get the 2nd email, and I am STILL waiting for my money back after 1 month! Unbelievable how terrible these people are! Never park at the Curtis Hotel using Towne Park! For your own sanity, park literally anywhere else!
