- We paid for parking and have receipt. Didn't see on back side that needed to leave receipt on dash. Not shown on pay station. Received a ticket before time expired. How do we dispute ticket? No info on "citation" and can't find any info on line including info for customer service team referred to above. Ticket says not a Caddy's company but it looks like it is. Please advise on who to contact and how to contact them.
