 - I exited the 16th Street/Champa garage Friday morning May 31, 2019, and the payment box wouldn't give me a receipt. I've called, emailed, and still no receipt, which I need to get reimbursed by my employer. They are rude and argumentative. I need to get a receipt or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will never trust this company again enough to park in their lot.

 - My boyfriend and I parked on a Sunday afternoon and I was apparently at the $12 rate charged. As it says quite clearly both on the sight and the building that the Sunday rate is $6 all day.

 - What a rip off!! You have a big A-frame sign that says $6.00 All day Saturday and Sunday. Then when I left after 2 hours on Sunday I was charged $20.00. I am going to my bank to decline the charge. This is FRAUD!!

 - FOLLOW UP: Finally got my refund of $14 in a form of a check after calling the service number daily. Honestly surprised they followed through, totally thought it was a scam. I was very glad to actually get someone on the other end of the line to hear my problem and fix it, but didn't like how I had to keep calling to get my change back.

 - Charged $20 for 4:00 to 9:30 last night, working at the opera fir minimal pay. It is usually $6. Will not answer their phone. No attendant.

 - TERRIBLE PLACE TO PARK!! park elsewhere!!!!!!!

 - Terribly unreliable. My fee was to pay $6 (flat-rate after 4pm on weekends), I payed with a $20 because the machine accepts any cash no larger than $20. The machine took my $20 and calculated I needed $14 back. But frustratingly, the machine did not have enough change to give me back and prompted me to contact assistance. Assistance sucked, after telling them my problem they would tell me "please wait a moment" AND CUT ME OFF every single time. Then, I tried the next machine's assistance button that was for "monthly payers" and suprisingly I didn't get cut off and a lady told me to call a number. I've been calling every day at different times but never got a call back. Looks like I won't be getting my change back. Avoid this place.

 - This is the worst place to park in Denver. They have a sign posted on street that says 6 dollars. When u park and try to get out they charge you 2 dollars for 10 min, And always end up charging the maximum rate. The signs that tell the true rates are not posted anywhere except when you try to get out. It's a scam, and all the business that use this lot have lost my business.
