 - Can ratings go lower? "attendant" (the guy that booted the car) was aware of the machine malfunctioning, still demanded $75 Cash to unboot the car. He was currently 'on the phone with the police' about another customer. In addition to the machine 'tending to not put out a ticket' there is poor documentation about how machine works.

 - This parking lot is a scam. Signage is near none existent and what signs there are are misleading. Attendant is quick to boot a car or truck. The fee to remove the boot from the car is quite high. careful it is a set-up.
