- Had to take a bus to NYC and parked in the ramp from around 8:30am-12:30am the charge was $9. (Not Bad at all for all day parking) I put $20 in the machine on my way out and didn't receive any change. I called the help line and left my information. Still haven't heard from anyone and the recipe has absolutely no contact info if a problem accurse. I want my $11!
