 - Left a small shoulder bag on the bus. Called CVG-valupark. "Yes, we have it. Come to the entrance, tell them your bag is in Bus Ops." Employee at entrance insisted any luggage left would be in Lost & Found in Terminal. Explained again (repeatedly) that this was not luggage, and it was HERE at ValuPark in something called Bus Ops. He kept talking to Laurie on radio. Asked her to come to entrance - she would not. Did offer phone number of Lost & Found in terminal. Finally, a female bus driver entering parking lot stopped, offered help. We looked in the small office like cubicle at ValuPark entrance -there was my bag - with my name on it. Employee at entrance was of NO HELP. Thank goodness for bus driver - who actually listened, and offered to help.

 - What has happened to ValuPark over the last six months or so? We have been parking at the Long Term lot for over 15 years, and have seen many improvements in service over that time, but for our last two trips (April and June 2019) the experience was nothing like it had been in the past. It used to be that the shuttle driver pulled up in your row to pick you up as soon as you were parked, and often helped to load the bags onto the shuttle as well. On these last two trips, it took 10 -15 minutes for the shuttle bus to come pick us up (on the second occasion I actually had to call ValuPark on my cell phone to ask why we were not being picked up and what we should do), we had no help with the bags and the radio chatter on the way to the airport clearly indicated confusion and chaos among the drivers and dispatchers. On our return, we had to wait outside baggage claim in lines until enough shuttles arrived to accommodate everyone. It is so disappointing to see that this service has deteriorated so much and so quickly, while the price of parking has increased. Perhaps there was a change of management, or perhaps the operation grew too big too fast - whatever the reason, I can no longer recommend using ValuPark. Next trip, we will try out FastPark or one of the other area lots and hope for better service. ValuPark, if you manage to recover from this decline in service, please advertise specifically what you have fixed, and we will give you a second chance!

 - Excellent Service and convenient. We took a vacation for 1 week and used the long-term ValuPark. On the trip home, I felt compelled to comment on how professional and courteous our driver was. This was on 10/26/18 around 3:30 - 4pm. (I wish I had his name). He was so cheerful and helpful. He announced to all to be very careful once we depart because the Cincy road conditions were wet from a lot of rain. He announced to use our AAA cards if we were members for a discount. He helped each customer with their luggage - not only in & out of the Van, but into their cars as well if they needed help. He just went out of his way to help everyone - doing so with a cheerful smile & persona. This driver truly knows the meaning of customer service. I have two college degrees and have worked for many companies over 30+ years. Sometimes you can learn more from a simple observation like this. My compliments to this driver and the entire ValuPark team.
