 - Parking garage very convenient to the Daytona Beach Bandshell. You need to be patient for events as it will take quite a while to get out of the garage. It can be a long wait for the elevator, but stairs are available. I would give it a higher rating, however, if you scroll up, it says events are $5, but they charge $15. Someone needs to fix this site and list the correct price.

 - Racist, spoke to me with an angry tone simply because I politely asked if my DV license plate would make my parking FREE as it is state law but apparently THIS lot is an exception as she said "no dude you gotta pay just like everyone else, you think you're special or something?", I am a disabled veteran

 - Wish I could give zero stars. Parked there on 10 Dec for a show at the Peabody. On the way in, tried to ask the attendant if we pay going in or coming out..couldn't hear her answer since she wouldn't get up from her seat or open the window. I entered and took a ticket. On the way out after the show, she said it was $7...I asked why it wasn't $5 for a show at the Peabody. She said, "Well you should have told me that before. Now I don't know what to do." So I got frustrated, paid the $7 and left. It's not about ripping me off for the $2 but her demeanor toward a paying customer was terrible. I am a local and we rely on visitors in our area for revenue. I sure hope she treats guests better than she did us.

 - My girlfriend and I parked our motorcycles in the garage to eat some food. Upon leaving we were paying for our parking (per bike even though we took one spot which was ok) and while the lady was ringing the second ticket up her computer froze (whatever right) so we are waiting here for 15 minutes until we are told to pull forward and wait. As we are pulling forward and over to wait for our change the arm closes and hits me on the helmet. So now I’m pissed off, they (her and what I assume was a manager) are now telling me

 - I get a February month pass year after year. Good people and clean safe parking.

 - Had the rudest attendant at this parking garage! The wind was crazy strong and we lost our ticket when we were getting back in the car. We were on the top floor and the ticket was gone. So we get to the ticket station leaving the garage and we explain that our ticket flew out of the car when we were getting back in. The attendant rudely asks us why we didn’t go get it. I explained that we were on the top floor and it was gone. She looked at us like we were stupid and just stared at us for awhile and finally spit out that a lost ticket is $25. I ended up paying and most likely wouldn’t have cared about the $25 if she had been nice and explained to me about the ticket situation. The other attendant was nice and courteous and we had zero problems in the parking garage, other than with the angry attendant, but I doubt I will ever use this parking garage again.

 - Employees are anti-military veteran and even when questioned refuse to comply with Fl law that provides no fee parking for veterans with a DV license plate.

 - Do not park here!!! I was robbed!!! Not physically assaulted but clerk STOLE my money on 8/10/17. The clerk took my debit card and swiped me TWICE!!! I wasn't even there at 7am!!! Jesus is WATCHING!!!

 - Sure would be nice if they could do autopay!! Beth that answers the phone each month to pay is a PLEASURE TO WORK WITH so that makes up for the lack of "not so modern technology". Four stars only for not having auto pay, the rest is always great. Go Beth.

 - I have gone in and out of the parking garage now since it was built...maybe over 40 times over the years. I've never had a bad experience. I know service and cleanliness especially seemed to improve several years ago when the Ocean Center took over the daily responsibilities. Very supportive of the facility.

 - 07/01/2017 8:30 pm Rude , drunken, or jones-ing toll taker mistreating public with angered commands to "MOVE" two seconds after getting change from a twenty causing agreat safety hazards and potentially deadly harm to crossing tourist family. Wow! I wonder how many of our valuable tourists have been mistreated by simple parking garage toll-takers. Sad, sad, sad, sad, sad... sad Daytona. No wonder everything tourist related has to be tax-subsidized here! Watch who you are hiring! Do you have any idea what kind of harm can be caused by these angry attendants seemingly in need of a fix? I won't be back...

 - First time to Ocean Walk...departed parking garage June 28 @1:45. Asked to attendant about parking for the Daytona Lagoon later and what level the entrance was on...She made us feel so belittled with her attitude. a As though we were stupid not to know that the entrance is in the ground level...We have been to other places where the ground floor may not necessarily be the entrance. I have provided parking info in hopes that professional mannerism will be addressed with the attendant on duty at this time/day.

 - They are racist, mean , I don't even have the words to explain how I was treated . The supervisor was the rudest persons I've delt with this year
