- I am teaching at Early Works Museum for the holiday season. We enter taking a ticket and then
when leaving are able to pay our bill using a pink ticket from the Museum for parking.
The problems I and colleagues are having is that several times when exiting the machine was
not able to take our original tickets from the morning and when we call for help with the
press help button there is no one there. No one on the intercom nor in a booth to help un-jam the
ticket that is stuck.
I am considering parking elsewhere even though I will have to pay the bill.
Does no one do surveillance of the this system? What phone no. would respond quickly for a
person (employee) who is stuck?
